We do our best to keep our store site with the most current information as much as possible. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products, product pricing, and product availability are subject to change at any time without prior notification. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time.
Purchases
At this time, we offer the following types of payments:
- Major debit and credit cards
- PayPal and Venmo
When you make a purchase with us, you must provide us information that is true, accurate, complete, and current at all times. You agree that you are authorized to make a purchase using the payment information you provide. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You understand and agree that you may be liable for any issues or damages that may result from providing false or inaccurate information.
Additionally, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, cancel, or refuse orders.
The Service does use third party services to process and complete purchases. By providing your information, you authorize us to provide this information to these third parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Processing and Shipping
- Once your payment has cleared, please allow approximately 2 to 5 business days for us to process your order.
- Currently, we only ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are an additional 3 to 10 business days from the processing timeframe.
- Handmade accessories: Domestic shipping is a flat rate fee of $6.99.
- All other accessories: Domestic shipping is a flat rate fee of $9.99.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Our primary shipping carriers are USPS and UPS, but we may use an alternative carrier if we deem it more feasible. You will be provided with a tracking number once the order has been processed.
We are not responsible or liable for any packages once it has been shipped from our location. We do not issue refunds for packages that show it was delivered. Any concerns such as damage to the package during transit, delays, missing packages, mishandling, or mis-deliveries must be disputed between the customer and the shipping carrier.
Please note that weekends or holidays are not included in processing and shipping timeframes.
Inspection of Products
She Sew Dressed, LLC takes care in inspecting our products prior to shipping. We also encourage you to inspect all items upon receipt. If you believe that you received a damaged or defective product (not damaged during transit), please contact us with a refund request by sending us an email at reach@shesewdressed.com within 72 hours (3 calendar days) of delivery. Returns outside of the 72 hour (3 calendar day) timeframe due to damage or defect will not be considered. Please note that the return must be authorized by us prior to returning.
Items must be returned new, unused, unworn, and not altered with all original packaging and tags still attached to our business mailing address within 7 calendar days of delivery. Please email reach@shesewdressed.com with a request with the following information:

- Order Number (Please note: All returns require your order number)
- Description of Product Damage or Defect/Incorrect Item

We will send you return instructions along with a return authorization number. All returns must include the return authorization number.
A refund will be issued through the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the damaged or defective product. Please note that once the refund is issued, it may take some time for your bank to reflect the refund on your account depending on your form of payment.
We will inspect the item once received. Please note that we do not issue refunds if the item shows signs that is has been used, altered, or devalued from its original condition in any way or the tag has been removed.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
HANDMADE ACCESSORIES
Due to the intimate nature of our products, all handmade products are FINAL SALE. We do not offer returns or refunds on handmade products unless the item you purchased is damaged or defective. We take care in inspecting our products prior to shipping. We also encourage you to inspect all items upon receipt. If you believe that you received a damaged or defective product (not damaged during transit), please contact us with a refund request by sending us an email at reach@shesewdressed.com within 72 hours (3 calendar days) of delivery. ALL OTHER ACCESSORIES
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at reach@shesewdressed.com with a return request within 14 calendar days of delivery, exception of damaged or defective products, which we must be contacted within 72 hours (3 calendar days) of delivery. The return must be authorized by us prior to returning. All returns must be received at our business mailing address within 14 calendar days of you receiving your order, exception of damaged or defective products, which must be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery. Returns outside of this timeframe will not be considered. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the product including shipping costs.
We only offer refunds on regular priced items exception of handmade items. All handmade, promotional code, coupons, discounts, sale items including store-wide off sales, and clearance items are final sale and non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges on any items. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
All returns require a return authorization number which you must obtain by contacting us. Our products come with an attached tag. We do not accept returns once the tag has been removed, broken, or damaged in any way. The item must be returned new, unused, unworn, undamaged, not altered, and include all original packaging. We are not responsible for any lost packages. We highly recommend that you ship your return package to our business mailing address with a shipping carrier who will provide a tracking number to ensure your package does not get lost.

At this time, we are not able to offer exchanges on returned items. If you would like a different color (if available), you will need to place a new order.

Coupons
The following guidelines apply to all coupons:
Coupons are valid for regularly priced items only. Coupons or the coupon code must be presented at time of ordering. The coupon value cannot exceed the value of the item to which it is applied. Coupons cannot be combined with any other coupon, offer, discount, promotion, or prior purchases. Coupons cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, credit, or gift cards. Any applicable shipping and handling does not qualify for the discount. Void if altered, copied, transferred, auctioned, or sold. Coupons that are expired will not be accepted. Coupons are valid only in the U.S. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit the use of any coupon. Other exclusions and restrictions may apply. Please refer to the coupon for details. We reserve the right to make changes to our coupon policy without prior notification.
Disclaimers
Wrong Address: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address is correct. We will not be liable for packages shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do not issue refunds on shipping fees for packages shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
Product Color Variation: Images displayed are for illustrative purposes only. Although we do our best, the actual color of the product may vary slightly due to reasons such as lighting, photography, or screen display settings.
